ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2010 and is a team of four who are competitive, focused, and committed to delivering strong results. Before entering the insurance industry, I worked as a banker. I was inspired by several insurance agents I looked up to, which ultimately led me to pursue this career and build an agency of my own.I’m a big family person with three children and a very close-knit family. Faith, family, Farm, and friends are the values that guide both my life and leadership style. I’m also a proud Mississippi State supporter.I stay involved in the community through Rotary and my church, believing that strong local connections make a meaningful difference. We offer PTO, a Simple IRA, and a strong focus on work-life balance. While we work hard and hold high standards, we also make sure to support one another along the way.Our office culture is competitive, detailed, and number-focused—but we also know how to have fun. We’re proud to have two top-performing team members in the state and maintain high expectations for ourselves and each other. I’m looking to hire someone I can coach and develop into long-term success. If you’re competitive, coachable, accountable, and want to win, this could be a great place to build your career.ROLE DESCRIPTIONKevin Flurry - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers.
